Faculty and Staff

Contact the ISS Help Desk to have them assign you a new password. You can visit the Help Desk at the Research and Information Desk in the library or you can call them at 513-244-HELP (4357). The Help Desk is available during the library's hours.

How Do I Change My Password?

If your current password is still active, you can change it by logging into your email and clicking on Options. Scroll down to find the change password option.

It is as important to protect your campus network privileges as it is to protect your computer equipment. Here are some suggestions:
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Don’t give your password to anyone.

PLEASE NOTE:

Passwords must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Passwords may not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
  • Passwords must be at least seven characters in length
  • Passwords must contain characters from three of the following four categories:
    1. English uppercase characters (A through Z)
    2. English lowercase characters (a through z)
    3. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
    4. Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
  • Complexity requirements are enforced when passwords are changed or created.
