Students, faculty and staff can use the forgot password option in myMount if you need to reset your Mount network password. This service is available to active Mount students and employees 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Your Mount network user name and password are used for myMount, Blackboard, Mount email, printing / copying services on-campus and for logging in to Mount computers.

Students, faculty and staff can change their Mount password. The option is located in Home page or the Password Management page once you are logged in to myMount. If you are not logged in to myMount, you will just see the forget password option instead. Changing your password will change it for all of the following at the same time: Blackboard, Mount email, myMount, printing to Mount printers/copiers, and logging in to Mount computers.

Students, faculty and staff can update their alternate email address and challenge questions that will be used to reset their password should they forget it. The option is located in the Password Management page once you are logged in to myMount. If you are not logged in to myMount, you will just see the forget password option instead.
