How Do I Change My Password?

If your current password is still active, you can change it by logging into your email and clicking on Options. Scroll down to find the change password option.

It is as important to protect your campus network privileges as it is to protect your computer equipment. Here are some suggestions:
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Don’t give your password to anyone.

If you have forgotten your password go to the forgot your password option in the left hand column.  If the self-service password reset services is not working for you contact the ISS Help desk at (513) 244-4357.  Ask to be transferred to the on-duty ISS staff member who's assisting with password resets.
