COVID-19 Testing Sites in Hamilton County and Mandatory Reporting Form

Hello students,

If you or someone you know needs to get a COVID-19 test and you do not have a primary care provider, you can now visit the Hamilton County Public Health Department website to find a testing center near you.

Additionally, if you should become ill with symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. temperature above 100.4F, cough, shortness of breath, body aches etc.) you are required to report those symptoms to me. There is now a mandatory reporting form available on MyMount:
