Image file guidelines

• Needs to be a recent color photo of you on a plain background. No other people should be in the photo.
• Must include a full front view of your head and shoulders.
• Needs to be an image file: JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG
• Image file size cannot exceed 5MB
