Cincinnati Country Day School seeks an experienced upper school math teacher for a long-term substitute position. Candidates should have a BA in math or a related field, with an MA preferred, and experience teaching Geometry and/or AP Calculus. Ideal candidates possess a commitment to enhancing the student experience through modern pedagogy, including integrating technology where appropriate.

Tartan TOPS is looking for a Transition Success Specialist!

Join the Tartan TOPS team as the Transition Success Specialist! This role is a crucial part of the Tartan TOPS team and helps students with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are in Sinclair Community College's comprehensive transition program have the best chance of success while in college. The Transition Success Specialist provides wraparound for students such as assistance with scheduling, academic support, advocacy, and more. 

 

The position is part-time, 28 hours per week, and is located at the Sinclair Dayton campus on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Job Description
●    Job Summary: The morning latchkey teacher is on-site at 6:15am and is prepared to receive 
students at 6:30am into the AM Latchkey program.  He/she sets out games, puzzles, art supplies, 
etc. for students to play with until 7:30am when students are dismissed to the gym. The latchkey 
teacher will put away supplies and walk a preschool student to their classroom before transitioning 
to the kindergarten assistant position.  As kindergarten assistant, he/she will help the teacher by 
working with small groups, providing students with sensory breaks, making copies, assisting with a 
daily lunch/recess duty, etc. The hoped for schedule would be as follows, but this is flexible.
o    Monday, 6:15am-12:15pm
o    Tuesday, 6:15am-12:15pm
o    Wednesday, 6:15am-11:15pm
o    Thursday, 6:15am-2:30pm
o    Friday, 6:15am-2:30pm
●    Key Responsibilities: Providing supervision during morning latchkey, assisting the 
kindergarten teacher with classroom tasks and students, and covering a daily lunch/recess duty.
●    Qualifications/Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, SafeParish
