Please join Group Fitness on Friday, February 28 for a free fitness class with Matthew Herrmann at 3 PM in the Theatre Lobby.
The class will be a combination of kick boxing, martial arts, strength training and yoga. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one!
This is open only to people (students, faculty, staff, alumni) with MSJ IDs. Please bring your ID for admittance to class.
