Applications for the 2018 Honors Season will be accepted beginning Friday, January 26, 2018.  Criteria and nomination forms are available below.
Forms have been provided in both Word and PDF formats for your convenience.
 
The deadline for submission is Monday, February 26, 2018.  *Please note that the deadline for the Alumni Book Award is Friday, February 23, 2018.

The Honors Convocation will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018, during the Celebration of Teaching & Learning.

 

 

 


Mount Distinguished Student Award: This is the highest honor the Mount bestows upon graduating baccalaureate and graduate degree students. Students who are eligible to apply are notified by mail.

Alumni Book Award

Through the Alumni Book Award, the Mount St. Joseph University Alumni Association recognizes one or two current students for their outstanding scholastic or service achievements. This monetary award is to be used by the recipient(s) toward the purchase of textbooks.

Bing Litonjua Award for Excellence in International Understanding

The Dr. Bing Litonjua Award is given to one student; undergraduate juniors, seniors or graduate students are eligible to apply. To qualify, the applicant must have demonstrated excellence in international understanding, especially with respect to issues of social justice.

Harrington Award

This award is given at commencement to a GRADUATE student who has been an example of the University mission and shown consistent persistence, improvement, and continued academic diligence while enduring life challenges.
