Services provided by the Registrar's Office

Unless noted otherwise, all inquiries can be sent to Registrar@msj.edu. All contact and forms must be sent from your MSJ email account.

  • Transcript requests: All students requesting transcripts must order through www.getmytranscript.com (National Student Clearinghouse). Any questions, please call 513-244-4621, or email Natalie.Lloyd@msj.edu 
  • Registration & Clearance: If you have questions, please contact Registrar@msj.edu for registration questions or Financial.Aid@msj.edu for financial/student account questions.
  • Consortium registration through GC3 or Acadeum , please contact Mary.Mazuk@msj.edu
  • Change of Major/Minor/Program: Complete the form and obtain the necessary approval “signatures” via email. Email form and approval emails to Natalie.Lloyd@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
  • Add/Drop a class: Complete the Add/Drop form with appropriate signatures. Then follow instructions below:
  • Graduation questions: Azieb Mogos at Azieb.Mogos@msj.edu , extension 4765. OR email Registrar@msj.edu
  • VA Benefit questions: Amy Burger, Student Administrative Services, extension 4231, or Amy.Burger@msj.edu 
  • Transfer credit questions: Don Thomason, x4622,  Don.Thomason@msj.edu or Registrar@msj.edu.
  • NCAA Eligibility questions: Don Thomason at Don.Thomason@msj.edu or Registrar@msj.edu.
    • Enrollment Verification: Available 24/7 through clicking the following after logging into MyMount: Academics/MyAcademicRecord, then Student Self Service which will connect you to the National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification center. Contact Natalie Lloyd at Natalie.Lloyd@msj.edu via your MSJ email with any questions. 
  • Degree Verification: Contact Natalie Lloyd at Natalie.Lloyd@msj.edu or 513-244-4621. 
  • Incomplete Grade Petition: Complete the form with your advisor, and email to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
  • Learning Contract: Complete the form with your advisor, and email to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
  • All other Registrar Forms found at MyMount can be downloaded, completed, and returned to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email for processing.
