• Transcript requests: All students requesting transcripts must order through Parchment at https://www.parchment.com/. 
• Registration & Clearance: If you have questions, please contact Registrar@msj.edu for registration questions or Financial.Aid@msj.edu for financial/student account questions.
• Consortium registration through SOCHE or Acadeum , please contact Mary.Mazuk@msj.edu
• Change of Major/Minor/Program: Complete the form found in Mount Connect. 
• Add/Drop a class: Complete the form found in Mount Connect.

  • Enrollment Verification: Available 24/7 through clicking the following after logging into MyMount: Academics/MyAcademicRecord, then Student Self Service which will connect you to the National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification center.

• Incomplete Grade Petition: Complete the form found here https://www.msj.edu/academics/registrar/forms/index.html and email to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
