• Transcript requests: All students requesting transcripts must order through www.getmytranscript.com (National Student Clearinghouse). Any questions, please call 513.244.4621, or email Madison.Arcuri@msj.edu
• Registration & Clearance for spring (S221- already open) semester as below. If you have questions, please contact Registrar@msj.edu for registration questions or Financial.Aid@msj.edu for financial/student account questions.
• Consortium registration through GC3 or Acadeum , please contact Mary.Mazuk@msj.edu)
• Change of Major/Minor/Program: Complete the form and obtain the necessary approval “signatures” via email. Email form and approval emails to Madison.Arcuri@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
• Withdrawing from a S221 class: No add/drop form needed. Instead please follow instructions below:
  • Student Athlete: Please email Assistant Registrar Don.Thomason@msj.edu about withdrawing from a course. Include in your email the course code, your student ID number, and reason for withdrawing. The Assistant Registrar will forward email to Financial.Aid@msj.edu for course withdrawal.
  • Non-Student Athlete: Email your advisor or Mary Mazuk (Mary.Mazuk@msj.edu) about withdrawing from a course. Include in your email the course code, your student ID number, and reason for withdrawing. Advisor will forward email to Financial.Aid@msj.edu for course withdrawal.
• Graduation questions: Please email Azieb.Mogos@msj.edu or Registrar@msj.edu.
• VA Benefit questions: Tamy Brunner at Tamy.Brunner@msj.edu or Registrar@msj.edu.

• Enrollment/Degree Verification: Download the form, complete, and return to Madison.Arcuri@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form). At this time, we can only email your enrollment verification to a third party. There are no pick-ups or mailings.
• Incomplete Grade Petition: Complete the form with your advisor, and email to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
• Learning Contract: Complete the form with your advisor, and email to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email. (OK to type in your signature on the form)
• All other Registrar Forms found at MyMount can be downloaded, completed, and returned to Registrar@msj.edu via your MSJ email for processing.
