Mount St. Joseph University Policies, Procedures and Forms

The policies, procedures and forms of Mount St. Joseph University (the “University”) reflect the University’s mission and Catholic identity, and provide guidance for decision-making, compliance, and operations throughout the institution. The University’s policies, procedures and forms apply to all members of the University community—students, faculty, staff and visitors, as applicable—and are developed and implemented through University-wide collaboration.  The goal of having clear policies, procedures and forms for University operations is to enable our community to be proactive rather than reactive, mitigate risks, and enhance the experience of all members of the community.  The University reserves the right to amend or revoke its policies, procedures and forms at any time.

Questions regarding the University's policies, procedures and forms should be directed to the Vice President Compliance, Risk and Legal Affairs/General Counsel (the “General Counsel”), who manages and supervises all legal matters for the University.  Legal advice from the General Counsel is protected by the attorney-client privilege, with the privilege belonging to the University.

If you have legal questions or concerns as a result of your role in the University community, please contact the General Counsel at 513-244-4393.  The University welcomes suggestions regarding policies, procedures and forms by contacting Paige.Ellerman@msj.edu.

The purpose of this webpage is to provide the University community with ease of accessibility to the University’s policies, procedures and forms.  The content on this page is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice.
