What is myMount?

myMount is a portal system for College of Mount St. Joseph faculty, staff, and students. It allows personalized access to academic and administrative records, as well as college resources and collaboration tools.

Who can log in to myMount?

All faculty, staff, and students who have a Mount network account can log in to myMount. Other users who have been assigned a Mount ID number and a web password may be able to log in as well.

How do I log in to myMount?

Student, faculty, and staff: Enter your Mount network user name and password in the User Name and Password fields near the top of the page and then click on the Login button. The user name and password is exactly the same as the ones you use to log in to Mount campus computers, email, or Blackboard.

Other users: Enter the Mount ID number and web password assigned to you in the User Name and Password fields near the top of the page and then click on the Login button.

I still can't login.

If you do not remember your username, please contact the ISS Help Desk for assistance. You can visit them in person in the Library, or you can call them at 513-244-HELP (4357). If you have forgotten your password, check out the Passwords page for information on how to reset it.
