Due to a critical system updates, ISS must apply a recently released software patch and reboot all impacted MSJU systems and servers. In order to do so, we will have server maintenance the following weekends:
This maintenance will impact many MSJU web services including email access, calendar access, myMount, Blackboard, printing, voice mail, and VPN access.
We understand that this is a crucial time for use of many of these services, and as such, plan to minimize actual downtime in order to best continue service for the community. We will also work around start-of-year activities to avoid disruptions. Most instances of downtime should last no longer than 20 minutes per service.
ISS also asks that you take the time to update your Mount owned computer and reboot as necessary as it fits your schedule. In the coming weeks, we will be checking for unpatched systems and forcing updates and reboots if necessary, so it is in your best interest to perform the updates on your computer when it best suits you.
